1. Who we are

Hotel Aditya, run by AANVI ENTERPRISE (“we”, “us”), operates the hotel at Hotel Aditya, above State Bank Of India, near Kile ka maidan, Tikamgarh, Madhya Pradesh 472001. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, create an account, or make a room booking.

2. Information we collect

Identity & contact: name, mobile number, email address.
Stay details: check-in/out dates, number of guests, room type, rate plan, preferences.
Payment: payment status, amount, Razorpay order/payment identifiers, and payment method category (for example UPI or card). We do not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers — those are handled by Razorpay.
Account: login credentials (stored securely as hashed passwords) if you register.
Technical: basic device/browser data and logs needed for security and troubleshooting.

3. Why we use your information

To process and confirm bookings and payments.
To communicate booking confirmations, changes, cancellations, and check-in instructions.
To manage your stay in our hotel management system (front desk, folio, invoices).
To comply with Indian hotel and tax record-keeping requirements.
To improve our website security and prevent fraud.

4. Payment processing

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. When you pay, you may be redirected to Razorpay’s checkout. Razorpay’s handling of payment data is governed by their privacy policy. We receive confirmation of success/failure, amount, and payment reference IDs needed for your booking and refunds.

5. Sharing of information

We share data only as needed with:

Our hotel property management / billing systems used to operate your stay.
Payment gateway partners (Razorpay) to complete transactions.
Authorities when required by law (for example registered guest records).

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

Booking, payment, and invoice records are retained as required for hotel operations, accounting, GST, and dispute resolution — typically for the period mandated under applicable Indian law — after which they may be archived or deleted securely.

7. Your choices

Update account details after signing in.
Request access or correction of your booking contact details by emailing hoteladityatkg@gmail.com or calling 07683-452313.
Cancel eligible bookings from My bookings as per our Terms & Conditions.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access controls for staff systems, and payment processing through a certified gateway. No method of transmission is 100% secure; please protect your login credentials.

9. Children

Our online booking is intended for adults making reservations. Guest information for accompanying minors may be collected at check-in as required by hotel policy and law.
